A working professional, painting has been Artist Sandhya Singh's passion since childhood. As she has always been intrigued and fascinated by role and interplay of spirituality, culture, ideologies and contemplation in different religious faith and belief systems, she draws inspiration from these for her artworks. Within this realm, she loves to experiment with various styles ranging from conventional to contemporary to modem. She works mainly with Acrylic and Oil and loves to make paintings which are bright, vivid and striking. The creative process of developing these artworks doubles up as a soul searching and learning experience for her about different faiths and religions in a non judgmental way. For her, Art is similar to Religion and Science as all three of these aspirations ennoble a person's life, lifting it from the sphere of mere physical existence and leading it towards freedom and liberation!
